Referrals are typically initiated by medical providers, attorneys, or lien administrators. Upon receipt of a referral and appropriate authorization, our office contacts the patient directly to coordinate scheduling and next steps.
Step 1: Referral Review & Authorization
Referral materials are reviewed following authorization to confirm appropriateness of psychotherapy and/or assessment services.
Step 2: Clinical Evaluation & Assessment
Clinical evaluation and, when indicated, standardized psychological and neurocognitive assessment are conducted to establish symptom presentation and functional impact.
Step 3: Delivery of Clinical Services
Evidence-based services are provided with attention to symptom management, functional limitations, and recovery-related stressors.
Step 4: Documentation & Care Coordination
Structured clinical documentation and assessment-supported reporting are provided to support continuity of care, with authorized communication coordinated across care teams.
